ATASCADERO COMMUNITY LINK

Our Mission

The Community LINK is a community-driven resource center dedicated to connecting and providing those in need with existing services, providing a location to support coordinated delivery of services from multiple organizations, and collaborating with other partners to develop and advocate for new services.

The LINK core is the Family Advocates who work with schools and families, connecting them with needed support services and addressing problems associated with parenting, school and health.

Services are available by referral from schools, other agencies or SELF REFERRAL.

Specifically the LINK can help you:

    Access and coordinate public and private community based services for children and families including but not limited to:

• Services Affirming Family Empowerment (SAFE)

• Parenting help

• Enroll in Healthy families Insurance for children.

• Alcohol and drug services and support groups

• Mental Health Services

• Counseling

• School Clothing

• Housing

• Transportation

• Food

• Women's Resources
